First step was the development of ‘brand chemistry’ to ensure new brand assets would be effective for Prosper’s existing and potential customers. The brand redesign that followed centred on simplified icons representing moments in life that lead to a rethink of financial services. A contemporary colour palette presented on white provides instant eye appeal.
Prosper’s brand renovation included a fresh approach to messaging. The new tagline, ‘for the milestones in life’, complements the icons and reinforces the idea of life-changing moments. A conversational ‘let’s talk’ style of language has been applied to stationery, marketing collateral and website. The resulting brand assets communicate credibility, approachability and trustworthiness.
